OK, back again. I have an iDCS500 with a SMDR problem, it won't print all the extensions. I have checked that the print option is set for these extensions. Firmware MCP 2002-10-1 L1.21,
SCP 2002-11-4 V1.09.
All the virtuals seem to be printing out even though they have been set for NO printing.
I'm only getting 150 real extensions printing.

Sorry, after careful analysis of the printout it seems only to be the DECT phones not fully printing
