Has anyone used ACT! with the OfficeServ CTI/Call application? We have an account interested in setting it up and are just wondering if it is worth taking on, or if it is a nightmare.
Assuming we are talking about the latest ACT! software version 10 (ACT! 2008).

IF ACT has a TAPI compliant dialing option it should be compatible. "In theory" I haven't had a chance to try it out yet though. You could set up officeserve link/call using the demo version to test it out before they buy it.

I am waiting for an answer from Samsung. I heard a rumor that V6 and V7 are ok, but the V10 doesn't do the trick - wrong/missing DDE. When I know more, will post. ACT! is huge so I really hope so.
