Hi i was wondering if anyone can help me? We have a particular customer who we have just taken over the maintenance on their system. They have a DCS 3 cab and we can't enter programming due to it being changed by previous telecom co. We can't get in contact with them, i've heard their is a back door to this problem, can anyone help???

bubble, Your best bet is to have the customer (or you if your a dealer) contact Samsung UK and they can help you out.
