Hello,
We have Samsung OfficeServ 500, iDCS 28D Phones & Voicemail SVMi-16E. I've reviewed previous threads about setting up speed dial (MMC/TRANSFER 105 & 106 - MMC 705 & 772). On some phones I can easily setup Speed Dial Names & Numbers, but on some I get the error "NO SPEED BLOCK". On those extension, MMC 105, also does NOT have any available slots for speed dial. So, how &/or what do I need to do to activate speed dial blocks on those extensions?
Thanks in advanced.

The phone(s) in question would need to have speed blocks assigned to them. This would need to be done in tech level programming and is beyond the 'user" level question that will be answered in public on the board.

Thanks.. Well, I found out is was MMC 606 I needed. That sets up the amount of available speed dial blocks (by 10's) for each extension.
