Is there a way to reset the password per subscriber through the phone? We do not want the users on site to use the programming software. Just want to be able to default one mailbox at a time as needed.
-Thanks

The easiest way to try this is through the system admin mailbox and try to edit the subscriber. If the software is up to date enough then it will be presented as an option for you to default the passcode. Another way to do it if the original mailbox (and messages) are no longer needed is to delete the subscriber and then readd it.This will give you a default mailbox and will need to be setup from default(new greetings etc.)
