I have 3 OS 7400 systems running software version 4.30i that are all networked together. The main system has a SVMi-20E that I am going to use for centralized voice mail. For some reason whenever you place a remote station in DND an intercom call will send you to the VM login of the station making the call not the DND station. Any ideas would really help.

Looking in my notes says you cant put a call on dnd call unless you change in 8** to dno capabl and the caller is higher in dnd protect of the station cant be the same it does not work it only works when trk inc dnd in 4** is set to on hope this works
