We have a 100 in our office, with a MGI-3 card, ip phones have worked with no problem. Now, I keep getting "invalid" - on the first line, and "reglock" - on the second line. I have ckecked the programming, looks good to me.

System has 2.76b software.

Thanks in advance,
Dwayne Sohns

I have tried a couple of different ones, 3201, 3210, 3220, all have the same display.

One more thing, it happens if I try to connect locally in our office, or from offsite.

Dwayne,

I cannot find the cause of your problem. I know you will probably hate me for suggesting this, but take a backup of the system and then default the switch. Reprogram only the MMC's needed to get the ITP phones working. If the ITP phone come back up, then you know it was something in the database. You can then try to upload the remaining parts of the backup without overwriting the MMC's for the ITP phones.

Good luck!

Instead of it being the phone system or the phone has anything on the network changed?

Have you upgraded the MGI card? You can also try to unregister and re-register ip phone.
