Customer has OS500 with some remote IP phones user with ITP cannot external forward calls. incoming calls are through DID number, MMC XXX ext fwd is set to yes. Forward All is set in MMC XXX,changed ext forward delay to 04 sec.extension has a forward all button programmed. What am I missing?????

have you done icm ext forward in mmc XXX
also look at mmc XXX network cos should be set to yes

I need the MMC number for programming a button so that it can be used for FWD External.
