Brand new install, 7200 single cab, MP20, PRI, SVMI20e 4 port, no VOIP, 4.30i.
Switch runs clean for between 2 days and 2 weeks, then with no warning (or errors in ksu or vmail logs)the voicemail ports have no audio. Voicemail answers, responds to key presses on screen while logged in monitoring with terminal, but there is zero audio.
Reboot does not help. Switching 'auto setup' to yes does not help. Uploading database (that was rebuilt and saved last week) does not help. Defaulting ksu database and rebuilding from scratch brings audio back. Have not re-defaulted voicemail yet since rebuilding ksu database brings audio back. Calling individual voicemail ports = no audio on any port.
Any ideas on what I should try next? Customer is not very happy at this point...

Update - Samsung Tech Support asked me to check what the EPLD software version is in 8xx - this ksu is V04. They are shipping a new MP20 card today.

we went though this with a 20e on a 7200 and ended up replacing everything including the cabinet before it was fixed. Like you said it would be fine for a few days and then stop and all messages and greetings were garbled.

Genesis, did you keep a record of the sequence of what was replaced? Was the cabinet the last thing to be swapped?

I was thinking Cabinet power supply when I first saw this. On an old Executone if you loose 48v on a Single line station it will ring and you can answer but no audio.

Known issue. MCP needs to be EPLD Version 5. This will take care of it. We went through Svmi, Dli and cabinet.
