I have a 7100 (recent Install) using 4.41 s/w and Sip Trunking thru Voxitas. At least once a day, the SIP service available field changes to NO. The client can receive inbound calls but cannot make outgoing calls. (They get an error message on the phone (IP network Link Failure).
If I go into the Sip Carrier options and change any one setting, save and exit ang go bck in, the Sip service available field changes to yes.
We've only done 4 sip installs: 2 seemless, 2 disastrous. I appreciate any insight you can give.

This seems to be an issue with 4.4 sw on the OS7030 and OS7100.
It will only try to reconnect 3 or so times and then gives up, 4.30 and earlier didnt have this issue.
My suggestion is to downgrade to 4.30 until samsung fix this, you can upload your 4.4 db backup into 4.3 with no problems

This issue has been discussed quite a bit in the installers forum and the only resolve we have come up with is what nameless said, downgrade to 4.30. It affects all 7000's running 4.XX
