Have SVMi-20e in 7200 with two nodes (100 and 7100). Customer reports that extensions trying to access VM from the 100 node often cannot login to their mailboxes, simply restates "Enter your password". Is the 20e is not seeing DTMF? No reports (yet) of this happening from the other switches.

Do you have ISDN PROGCON turned on?
I am not sure if this needs to be turned on for Centralized Voicemail. I only have a couple of system with Centralized Voicemail and they all have PRI's, so I already have this turned on.

I'm assuming these are SPNET, in which case check your DTMF setting on the MGI card, and also check SPNET DTMF FORWARD.
Though i think the DTMF setting on your MGI card will be your issue, as ive had this before
