I got a customer that has a DCS system with 24 (b) DCS phones. When he tries to pick up the phone while a call comes in, he HAS to PRESS a C.O. button 1st. All the other phones are fine. What program is there to grab the CO line first.

Ringing line preference. You will see how to enable it in a keyset user guide.

His phone must be actually ringing for it to work.

I believe posting user-level programming is OK, so I looked it up -

It is TRANSFER button + 110.

Enter 061 to turn it on. 060 to turn it off. Then TRANSFER again.

I didn't think the numbers like the 061 worked on the old DCS systems?
May have to use the up/down volume keys and the right softkey

Transfer 110 81 will turn on ringing line preference but my guess is this phone is not set up to ring.It has to ring for this feature to work as Noisycow said.

John G,

Welcome to Sundance. I would suggest starting your own topic because this topic isn't related to your issue.
