Hi,
i have problems installing the new ACD. Both SQL and OS Link seem to be correctly installed, neverthless the ACD is not recognizing the phone system.
Is there anyone who knows how to install this?

Kind regards.

Do you have a proper license key for it?

Yep, I'm using a license for the CMP connected to the link. Actually, the ACD server license information window is displaying the right "licensed MAC address", but is also displaying the unknown MAC adress message on the "connected MAC address".
In conclusion, the license is accepted but the ACD is not "seeing" the phone system.

ACD is also licensed to the mac address of the server running it.
You also need to run the ACD link program from memory (been a while since i did the training on the ip acd), as the acd server apps talk to it, which talks to os link , which talks to the system.

Do you have the sip application license for your MCP?

You may also need to set the IP-IVR ip address in the ip address MMC

Hi nameless,
the OSACDLink is returning an error "LogFilePath[\Log\ACDLink] is invalid, so cannot open log file for data logging" neverthless the application generated the folder on the right path. The folder exists but the application is not seeing it.

Regards.

Hi nameless,
we're not using IVR, but we're going to instal RAD channels. Do we need SIP applications license when not using IVR?

Kind regards,
Leticia

Not sure on the sip appl license, samsung here has a license application form that we fill out that auto fills the sip application if required.

Its been a while since ive done an ACD install.
