Hi guys, I've been experience some problem with the MP11. The MGI IP address is not the same of the MCP IP adress on the MP11. We assigned a 192.168.0.xxx IP to the MCP, neverthless the MMC 831 is reporting a 10.0.2.xxx IP to the MGI.
This phone system is connected to another one in the same LAN by SPNet, neverthless there’s no audio in one way. Has the same behaviour as if the phone systems were on different LANs
Regards.

This was an issues with 4.14 software (I think) on MP10, where if you adjusted the MP ip address via IT Tool it wouldn't update the MGI, but if you changed it via KMMC it would.
We don't have the MP11 here yet so can't confirm.

I've done it through KMMC with the same result. The problem is that MP11 as router functions and so on. It has some routing tables and assigns the MGI IP automatically, despite of the MCP IP address.

In that case can you use the MGI IP Address MMC to assign it? like you would on a OS7200 for example
