I defaulted a DCS compact R2, and then defaulted the SVMi-4. The voicemail now runs in its default state, but now I can't connect to it with my computer anymore (tested serial cable, ok). Frustrating. Is there some kind of hidden DTMF command or hardware reset that I need to do?
