Hi all, I'm trying to use the 16 CID channels of the CRM module on a LP4 but there's no way to have ID on analago phones. We enabled the CID on MMc 300 and MMC 425. Does anyone know how to put the CRM module switches to enable CID?
Regards.

827 is what you are looking for... Depending on the software version the CRM comes up default as DTMFR.

There is a MMC where you define what the DSP's on the CRM card do. Whether they are CID Decoders, DTMF Receivers, or R2MFC.
I have pm'd you the MMC since its not a user level.
Edit Beaten to it
