Hi guys, I have an OS7200 that users could dial in there DDI's from, and when they hit there voicemail (SVMi?) press * or # (can't remember which) and enter there pin to check there messages.
This doesn't seem to work any more, any ideas where I can set this up again?
I have had a look through with Installation_Tool and can't find anything promising.
Thanks for any suggestions!

Guys, awesome replys thanks a lot!
# While listening to the greeting is doing the trick, and I have realised the problem isn't that the functionality has stopped, rather just that the voice prompt asking for the PIN has gone.. no problems, I just need to educate the users.
Thanks again
