I have a Prostar 816 Plus with 3 incoming CO lines. Today I am getting a Line 4 calling in to the operator (Sta 21) but there is no line 4. Any suggestion to the cause and possible fix? I tried the MMC to redefine the CO lines to PBX so now the 4 kine is PBX bbut no change.

Try setting the Day and Night ring to a non existant extension and see if that stops it. Or upgrade and quit wasting time on it.
