Hello all,
we have a customer running a 7200 system, with 10 communicator seats. All seem to be working fine, but we are having an issue with one particular pc. It's a Win7 (32-bit) box and none of the Outlook options are there. No toolbar, no right-click "Dial", no trace of Communicator. We have installed, uninstalled, reinstalled communicator several times, but we still can not get this to work. There is another pc on site running windows 7 (64-bit) that works fine. not sure why this is not working.
thanks!

Check your MS Office version on that particular PC. If it's office 2010, it probably won't work. Up to 2007 everything works fine. What is the win 7 PC (64 bit) office version? Just wondering. Been here, done this.

Under office 2010 the toolbar is in the addon's tab (far right from memory), this is a MS security thing.
I run it on my win7 32bit with office2007 fine, i have seen it on office 2010 fine also
