we have 3 sites linked together over the internet. OS7400 with MP40 v4.22 & MGI16 v1.20, OS7200 with MP v4.22 and MGI16 v1.20, OS7100 with MP v4.24a and SP v2.16 and VMS v2.78d and MGI v2.00. When users are on a call over an MGI channel (either a network station call or a call transferred from another site) audio will randomly be lost for 5 seconds, then return. When this happens, audio can be heard at one end of the call but not the other... it is not always the same location that loses the audio. This problem occurs most often at the OS7100 location. Anybody experience this?
