Dear all, i need to configure SVMi 8 with idcs500 system on Multiple greeting and tree.
how to make tree like after main greetng if i press 1 for english 2 for italian (only the greeting willbe in italian other prompt will be same english) if caller press 1 it should play another greeting saying press 1 for administration Press 2 for account 3 for maintenance
if some body Press 2 on main greeting same option should play in italian ,i hope its clear.

You have to make new menu's name one english and one italian. Give them both different prompt numbers i.e. 1011, 1012. Then in the first initial greeting that they here, point option 1 to english menu and option 2 to italian menu.
