Hi all. I've got a i5220 IP set at a user's house that is connected to the os7100 at the office. The phone is stuck in "Connecting Server" mode for some reason.
There is no issues with port forwarding that I can see as both the os7100 and the i5220 are set in their router's DMZ. I can connected to the os7100 to do programming using my laptop connected to the PC port of the phone. I can even use the menu on the phone to update the buttons programmed on it, and the changes show up in the Installation Tool.
When I reboot the set it prompts me for a user ID and pwd and when I enter them the phone connects for about 7 seconds and shows date and time, before reverting to "Connecting Server"
HELP!!!
Thanks, Qz
