Customer has a iDCS500 system. 3 things stopped working:

1. No caller ID being sent.
2. All DID's now ring to operator
3. Can't call out. Display reads "CO Hung Up" after number is dialed.

Phone company has been working on problem for 2 days now and won't say which side the problem is on.

Anyone seen this? Circuit problem or system?

Thanks.

You need a LEC or CLEC out there with a TBerd circuit tester.

If he/she can pull up a call on every channel then it is on your end

Get a meet going and get the customer in service..

Hi. I'm having #3 on ours. You can call the number via cell phone but not through any of the phones. Only way we have been able to clear it is to reset the power on the system. However now have learned that doing that is bad for the power supplies.

Gerrya and Bunnie you are correct. Customer called to say Verizon just cleared the problem, Too bad it took 3 business days.

hcalhoun- I would keep a couple of spare power supplies on hand. You could blow one if you sneeze too hard.

Thanks All.
