i have a basic 7100 and the inbound CID is coming in just fine - issue is that once the call is complete (whether answered or not answered) - if i go to the call log by hitting the "menu\down arrow to "2.incoming logs"/enter)-it shows only number -- not name. i have tried changing all settings in mmc 119, verified i have inbound number AND name - yet it still only shows number. Tech suppt said to try the NND key, but that only works with a call in progress - wont work with logs. these are copper lines inbound to the system - any ideas would be appreciated.

You have a NND soft key when viewing the call log (at least on DGP handsets, haven't tried on an IP phone, but it should appear under the function key)

i am on version 4.53c and it doesnt appear in the softkeys under the display - i also put one directly on a button on the phone and tried it that way and it wouldnt change the display - i do know i am getting CID (name and number)- because i was watching the call when it came in.
any additional ideas - i am stumped - thanks for the reply

From memory you have to press the scroll key when viewing the call log for the nnd key to appear...
