Can't seem to figure this one out. AA picks up on first ring, which is fine. If you transfer to an extension from AA there are no cover rings, it just goes straight to VM. I fiddled with the recall timer but it is already set at 20 seconds. I n3eed to 4 cover rings for the extensions before VM picks up.

Does it go straight to the extension's mailbox or does it repeat the AA greeting?

Straight to the extension's MB. Extension owner never hears it ring even one time.

Ok, amateur question but do I need to use the Keylink software to do this? I hired a Comdial expert and he did the whole VM config so I was not involved. I fnally have a copy of the software.

Keylink makes it easy but if you have a manual there is plenty of info on how to do it through a keyset.
