I have worked in the cabling industry now like 8 years - building copper and fiber optic mostly. Then today I get this request:
200 ft 24 strand Multi mode field grade cable with cannon plugs on both ends
My thought is, to send this off to a military specialty manufacturer - but then my pricing wont be as competitive. I can build it here, if I can find the parts ! Does anyone here know where I can buy just the cannon plug? I have friends at Timbercon, and called Stran, and at my witts end on google...there has to be a decent vendor out there who sells the plug...and we terminate the T-Foca all the time, so doing this Cannon should be a piece of cake, right?
