Have you tried a 1/4" fish tape? If not go out and buy one, they're cheap enough. I wouldn't consider a rodder in this case. If you can't get a 1/4" fish tape through you won't get that through either. A 120 foot run with 3 90s is pretty challenging with something already in it.

Forget about blowing or sucking, you're only going to get tangled up with what's in there.

The first thing to do is push a tape in and see how far you get. Betcha it gets hung up at one of the 90s. Have you considered loosening the coupling at that point and opening the run so you can work both ways?

Only other way you are going to do this is to pull something out and use it as a drag line.

Oh, and by the way. PLEASE stop using that damn quote thing! We don't need to reread the whole text of what someone else just said in bold.

If you want to quote somebody, copy and paste just the relevant part or the beginning sentence of their reply so we know who you are refering to into your post. You can enclose it in HTML italics tags to emphasize it like this.

The little icon in the tool bar above each post that looks like a sheet of paper with a pencil tilted to the right will get you where you need to be. That allows you to edit any post that you made, to include the option to delete.

Oh, a HAND rodder. When you said rent I assumed (I know, never assume) a truck mounted rodder and that you were going in to 500' of duct.

You could try snaking both ways. Run a 1/4" snake in as far as you can. Put a 6" loop of heavy cord on the front eye of the snake.

Go to the other side and push another snake with the front eye OPEN (not taped) and try to catch the cord with the open loop.

But it sounds like it would be easier to run the damn thing new. If you don't want to go for conduit, put in coreflex (innerduct). Tie it up and pull through that.

I've had luck using the method mentioned. Just don't let it free wheel keep a little tension on it and seal as tightly as possible the end with the vac. Any time you're going into conduit that has existing cabling it's harder.

I’m with Hal, 1/4” fish tape. Put a nice loop on the end and tape it up, should push nicely.
