When you say call progress do you mean the operator screen? If that is so, try doing a CTRL P and it should prompt you for the password.Enter it and you're in!

Yes I can get the operator screen to display. But when I do a "Ctrl P" nothing happens. Need additional info on connecting the Wyse 50 terminal to the system.

We need to know what is on the operator screen. Is there call activity or is it just a blinking cursor? If there is call activity (extensions in use, directory names), and hitting CTRL + P at the same time dont work, you might have a bad keyboard. If the screen is blank or shows other, then its probably not connected properly. Please give us more details so we can help you out. Thanks.

How many wires do you have connected to the Wyse? For full communication you need 4 if you are using the RS422 connection. Can you post what connections you have conected from the 36 pin connector on the service card to the Wyse?Isoetec terminals were a standard Wyse screen with a special Rs 422 board installed in them where the RS 232 chips were.If your terminal only accepts RS232 then you will need to hook it up to the programming connections and not to the RS422 connections.
