Can anyone tell me how to retrieve passwords from this system without doing a complete system reset. The owner no longer knows the password due to it being reset by another who can no longer be located.

Have you tried all of the lower level passwords?
Are you only looking for the phone systems password?
Good Luck!!
If all else fails, use a BFH.
