Look at it this way Jeff; think of the work you would get being a sub for the LEC's. We do work for AT&T, Qwest, Verizon and others and I LOVE thier standards. It is way overkill but looks great on our invoicing reports!

This story has an update! I was in the building today, and guess what I saw: 2-25 pair cables, 1 for RX and 1 for TX, terminated to a 66 block, at the smartjacks. 2 pair cross connect wire punched down, crimped to a plug, and connected to the smartjack's RJ48X. The two cables ran the 50 or so feet into the basement phone room and were thereby terminated to another 66 block, cross connected to house cable, to send the T1 on its happy way! This was done by the same at&t who said it couldn't be done! So now there are 2 cards in a 28 circuit housing...
