I have an internet customer with a Partner that went stupid after a power company 10-hour rolling blackout. I get the feeling it has defaulted to zippo. He can't call his Parnter mail ports and lost his line preference and he can't even dial 777 or what should be his PM ports. However, after the phone rings, it does transfer calls to extension 10 (forever and ever (amen)) but that's why he needs someone to fix it.

Anyway, his name is Dave Kay his cell is 972-467-5597. The business number is 972-758-1986.

Thanks.

Carl
