A customer of mine has a national 800 #. The way its set up is that the 800 # gets routed to the recieving destination based on the originators area code. For example, if a caller from the 609 area code calls the 800#, it will got to his office with the 609 area code. If a caller from the 203 area code calls the 800#, it will go to the office with the 203 area code. He wants to know if there is something out there that will give him 'real time' tracking of the 800# activity. Any ideas? ------------------ | Telephone Systems | Voice & Data Cabling

Who is his service provider? I have worked with some that can provide that type of info...however I don't know if it is actually real time. I have a client that routes 800 calls infrom all over the world and US and can manage the routing of these calls on line. Mike ------------------ | Business Telephones | Telephone Systems

Spuds is right on that, I know some allow you to go on your "account on line" and see the activity, but I don't know how "real time" it is. mark
