Question: Is there a 7th line on this system. The reason I ask is since the problems are occurring on lines 5&6 we might have a port card concern.

OK
here is what we found with ESI-Access, line receive volume was at default, we moved it up 1. and reprogrammed the system as it was originally programmed. Made some test calls and after several test determined that system was functioning correctly.
THANKS to John for his guidance and assistance with this. BAR-B-Q sounds good to me! I'll let you know when I will be down that way.

Hard to imagine ESI tech support not catching something like that.

When Dwain and I began the troubleshooting process there was a work around in place. With Esi-Access we programmed lines 5 & 6 to goto MB 107 on ring 5. After the change all worked as it should. We did change the line receive volume to solve another minor issue. I'm not sure if the line receive volume was related to the mailbox issue, maybe-maybe not.
