Does anyone know if VIP Pro will work on a Mac running Windows XP parallels service pack 3?

An error message keeps displaying, that says Cannot find NSP.

Thanks for your help.

I'm not sure about the Service Pack #, but we have two Mac's running VIP Pro in the shop on Parallels, so it does work.

I appreciate the reply. Sean at ESI actually told me you were the man to contact, and that you would know.

Thanks for the help.

It sounds like Parallels is not seeing your network configurations properly. Make sure that the IP address that XP is showing actually shows up in your DNS and DHCP on your server and make sure that you can ping your XP address from the server. Then from the XP system, attempt to ping the NSP. Another thing to check is the Windows firewall. Since the deployment of SP2 a few years back, XP likes to enable it's firewall and block everything but MS applications. Make sure the firewall is disabled or create an exception for the VIP application as well as the IP address of the NSP. If you need more network assistance, PM me and I will try to help you any way I can.

Still having issues. I believe the newness of SP3 is the issue.

I will keep you updated.

If anyone out there is running VIP on SP3 please let me know.
