I have recently picked up this system from a building about to be remodeled and the default programming was changed and there are old mailboxes programmed. I want to default the system back to factory and use it somewhere else. Any and all recommendations appreciated

You can default / reinitialize the system - under Function 1.

You won't get the installer password reset by ESI without being a reseller. Unless you are an ESI reseller your best bet here would be to refer them to someone who is.
