I'm trying to upload class data to my iwatsu phone system using programmer 3.2.3 and it keeps giving me an error occurred while trying to upload system data. I can download all the classes with no problem. Can anyone help?

I'm having a similar problem myself lately. My trusty laptop, the same one I've used for two or three years, from software versions 4.6 to present has decided it doesn't want to work on phone systems anymore. It works great on the VMI cards or any other serial type connection, but doesn't want to work with any Iwatsu programmers any more. Some other program, or some Microsoft update is probably the culprit, but I haven't figured out which one yet. I've reloaded the programmers, drivers, tried different USB to serial port adapters and nothing changes. Try your programming with a different pc if possible, just to rule out a problem with your cuurent setup.
Sometimes the thoughts in my head get so bored, they go for a stroll through my mouth. This is rarely a good thing.

When you connect what login level does it show? If a password is assigned and you do not have it set in the programmer it will give you a level 1, which lets it download but not upload. You should have level 2 to be able to upload. If you are doing this remotely and there is a password, there is a glitch that won't let you upload if you terminate the link and re-link but stay connected. Hope this helps
