I've just been handed our phone system's maintenance.... With little to no documentation! I need to change the auto attendant answer menu, along with the acd group destinations. Is there an easy explanation available somewhere? Thanks! -Jon

The auto attendent answer menu is in the voicemail. It is controled by the CCR tree. If you know which CCR, you can change that greeting from any phone.
To change the ACD group destination, you need to access phone system programming and then goto ACD programming.
Good Luck!!

If all else fails, use a BFH.

So the CCR tree determines where an outside caller gets routed when they press 1 or 2 etc... ? Is there a way to loop back to hear the menu choices again? Thanks, -Jon

Yes, the CCR tree is dial 1 for sales, 2 for parts, 5 to dial by name, etc.
You set the number of wrong keys and how many times it plays there also. For each CCR screen.
If all else fails, use a BFH.
