Hi All,
I am having a problem with a new install on a wave. I have 4 sip phones. They connect to the wave. If I call them from the Wave 2500 side we can speak fine. If they call me from thier sip phone to an extension on the wave it will ring but when I pickup no audio in either direction.
Customer has vpn installed. I check the ports 3000-3001 and they are unblocked. Any ideas?

No. Still having issues. HAve you worked on the wave?

Yes it is. Not like the FXII now is it. However after learning it I must say I am impressed by it. I waited until just recently to jump in but the system is preety cool. Viewpoint makes it and the contact center is good also. You know the FX and MP5000 is going the way of the DSUII so we just have to learn it. The sip stuff I am having issues with.
