Trying to setup a phone to dial 9 to get outside line, but no dialtone or access to outgoing line. Have manual.

Need to do at the CPU.
There is a switch that you set to program mode.
Then you need to goto the proper code for progamming that extension.
After you set the LEDs for what you want.
Flip the switch back to run mode.
Then reset switch, this locks change into programming.
No calls re made or recieved during programming.
Good Luck!! This is all from memory. Cannot find my manual.
If all else fails, use a BFH.
