I could use some help. I am not sure if anyone has run across this problem. While trying to get into a VX2 to fix this issue with the messages deleting, we found the keyboard non-repsonsive.
We tried another keyboard there and it was not responsive. We took the original keyboard to another customer's site and tried it there. It worked fine at this site. Tech support offered no help as to why it was not responding. The voicemail is recognizing the keyboard because there is nothing in the screen when he reboots the voicemail to indicate it doesn't see the keyboard. Opened up the voicemail and checked all connections. Can not find a problem. Any suggestions?

Systems are set in BIOS to halt at no errors. go to BIOS setting and see if keyboard is disabled. Sometimes setting BIOS to default fixs these strange problems.
I have had to put harddrive into another PC to make work. You neeed the dongle on the back of the PC to make it work on any PC.
Good Luck!!
If all else fails, use a BFH.
