We have a customer with a rauland pa system that has about 75 speakers(tapped at 2watts) 7 horns, and 3-rauland 120 watt amps(dax 120-120 watt)..
We are looking at adding about 20 more speakers and 4 horns.
Is there any reason these 3 amps won't be sufficient or should we go with TOA amps like we originally planned?
ANY links to specs. on these rauland amps would be great.

An Internet search shows a few web sites for Rauland Amplifiers.

75 speakers tapped at 2 watts = 150 Watts
7 Horns tapped at ? (10-15 watts) = 70-105 Watts

150 + 105 = 255 Watts

3 Amplifiers @ 120 Watts = 360 watts

360-255 =105

20 speakers @ 2 Watts + 4 Horns @ 15 Watts = 100Watts

Theoretically it would work - B U T

How are the amplifiers split up? How many watts is each zone drawing? Where are these new speakers/horns going? What zone will they be on? Will that zone be oveloaded?

Also - you should NEVER run an amp at full capacity. Depending on the quality of the amp, you should always leave between 10-25% spare.

Have you run an impedence meter on the speaker zones? Identify what you have there and then see what your customer wants and see if it will work.
