When people leave a voicemail, the last couple of seconds get chopped off of the message. Makes no difference if I am listening to it over the phone, or listening to the message as a WAV file sent to my email.

Is their a setting I can adjust to eliminate this cutoff.
Usually the last 2 words of the callers final senetnce is chopped off.

Thanks.

Go into COS and set the silence threshold to 15 seconds..also increase the time allowed. Tri it..there is another fix as well but it's trickier and it's posted onthe tech forum on tadiran's site.

Thanks.
I see these 2 options relating to silence:

Maximum Silence in Recordings (seconds)
&
Allow Silent Recording (seconds)

This is the latest version download 2 days ago (along with the latest media player and the fax board).
