help!! I have a 12 port VoiceMail,the problem is this : VoiceMail answers call(AutoAttendant), extension is dialed by caller, Caller hears "Joe Smith" "Please hols" So far so good, HOWEVER, the call never gets to the phone it goes straight to Voice Mail. This is system-wide, Color me baffled.....

i would look at
1 do not disturb
2 look at the mailbox programming to see if the ext number is there
