Falling off a log novice help time! We had a new extention card put in and some of the feature programming was apparently omitted. Problem we are having is that when someone doesn't answer their phone within 4 rings it doesn't forward them to the uCMC voice mail system. I tried checking the KEYSET options and they seem the same as the ones that work. Thanks in advance for any help. Mike Berry Grand Junction CO

Best thing to do is go to FEAT and check Call forward no anwser, feat 13.... put the pilot number to the UCMC in there... that should fix your problem

If you are using CFNA to private LIB, make sure that each user's LIB contains the relevant destination.
