I am URGENTLY seeking software & hardware to allow re-programming of Teltronics manufactured auto-diallers.

These units are connected in series to Analog CO lines at customer premises to interogate telephone numbers dialed. After comparison to a number plan, the dialers then redial the number & if required prefix with a long distance carrier overide code.

I have a customer who requires the overide prefix number altered in several units urgently, but can not obtain the necessary hardware or software in Australia.

Any assistance would be appreciated.
