Recently installed a 45P with 8 sets. Two of the sets had problems. Is anyone else having problems with the 45P sets?

1 set had no speakerphone and the other the intercom did not work.

I have had three handsets that had either a bad transmitter or reciever unit.
The sets were okay with another handset.

Hitechcomm sounds like an out of box failure, how is the warranty on these sets? any good or do you have to fight for warranty repair? We have'nt done any yet just info. for my boss maybe a selling point to him; for us to start.

Repairs are easy. Just get a RMA # and send in set.
It gets returned quickly.
Usually 7-10 days.
Kansas City is to far for me to drop them off.

Ken, save them up and bring them out at the dealer's meeting....  I just had a situation where I needed a VM, they took care of me in the time it took to drive down there....Great Place and Great People.
