zeebra Member Joined: Sep 2011 Posts: 4 burien, Wa	Hello, I have a client that has a Vertical SBX IP phone system with voice mail that was installed for them the problem is they installed Voicemail and the customer does not need or want voicemail on the lines. They want a live person or nothing. Can someone tell me how easy it is to remove this out of programing?

dtcd21 Member Joined: Jul 2011 Posts: 317 Westminster MD	haven't tried it but i'd worry about what the system will do when it tries to access the VM...ex. line rings station group then overflows to an AA menu. something like that would be my only concern, although theoretically it should just ignore the overflow and keep ringing.
