Help please.

I've installed this Inter-tel Axxess system back in 2001. Since then, I haven't had to touch and have forgotten most of the things I've learned about it.

Anyway, I just had Inter-tel ship us a new IRPC card and they came, installed it. Problem is, I can't get it to work with our setup.

I can access it with IE and see all the GUI and such, but I can't get it to go.

Questions are:

1. The new card is ifferent version of what we have now... Will it work?

2. The IPRC is installed,configured in the database, cabinet settings and setup the IP, but I can't get the "Device" settings from the IE UI unlike the older version of the IPRC card we have. If I connect to the NEW IPC with an RS232 cable, is there a different interface/programming that needs to be done that way?

I've never seen this version of card before so I'm stumped... Did I skip a step?

what version axxess is it? it appears you must downgrade the new iprc to the 1.x version. you will have to program it as a dksc16 and you should be good. which ip phone did you buy? that may also be an issue.

How do you downgrade the IPRC card?
