I'm stumped and have come here for a hopeful answer.
We have the above system and company changed hands, now I need to change the VM greeting for after hours and if the phones ring into VM. How do I change the main greeting?
The instructions I have tell me to go into TVA Maintence Console, Service settings, then auto attendant. I do not find anywhere to click for auto attendant.
I tried contacting on installer we used 2 years ago... i think he's out of business.
If anyone can help, I'd be very grateful.
Thanks
Kat

can you leave a message at night or is it just a outgoing message with or with options like dial 1 for...
if a message can be left what mailbox do you check, if not all custom services are recorded through manager mailbox

we have both a day and night message that needs to be changed.
Night says something like, thank you for calling xxxxx, our office hours are.... dial 1 to leave a voice mail for kat...
One says something like, thank you for calling xxxxx, all customer service people are busy at this moment, please dial 1 to leave a voice mail for kat, 2 to leave a voice mail for...
Where the xxxxx is where I need to insert a new company name

For the item selected in step 3, follow these steps: a. For Company Greetings: Enter the Company Greeting Number (1-32). b.For the Company Name: Go to step 5. c. For Custom Service Menus: Enter a Custom Service Number (1-100). • Enter [0] to record the Custom Service exit prompt. d. For Voice Labels: Enter a Mailbox Groups number to labelled. (The System Administrator assigns list numbers.) e. For the Multilingual Selection Menu: Go to step 5. f. For the On Hold Announcement Menu: Go to step 5.
5. 1 to change the message. • If a message has not yet been recorded, go to step 7.
6. 1 to record a message. 2 to erase the current message, then go to step 3 or 4. 7. 1 to end recording. 8. 2 to accept.
