I have purchased the PAL chip *827.8877 and installed it in my T1/E1 Card in the appropriate socket. Where is the interface to configure this card, hunt groups etc..if there is one ? I have system 8.2, but my warranty tech support is almost impossible to get a straight answer out of. Any help greatly appreciated.

I should mention that we are switching to a PRI circuit from a Hybrid circuit. I have the T1 line from my phone box (4 wires no smart jack at all) Plugged into the t1/e1 span port. I should also mention this is my first time configuring anything other than polycom, or cisco and I am lost. TIA for any help

**The programming software is something your vendor has, and its needed to program your T1 card.

**Not sure what exactly you mean here but is this a new T1 install or are you upgrading an existing T1 to a PRI? In any case the T1 card has a built-in CSU so you would plug directly in to it.

**Need to configure the T1 card in programming to sync it up.
